• All cottages are NO SMOKING & NO PETS.

• All cottages have private bathrooms and are air conditioned.

• Kitchenettes include cook top stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, & fully stocked with utensils.

• One set of linens & towels is provided per cottage.

• Check in is 3:00 p.m.; check out is 11:00 a.m.

• NO GROUND FIRES ALLOWED.  Picnic Table and outdoor grills are provided.

• We have a 15 day cancellation policy. Deposit is lost if cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival.

• There is a $15 charge for cancellations over 15 days.

• Any no-show parties will be charged full amount of reservation placed with Riverside Resort.

• There is a 2 day minimum on weekends & for weekday special rates.

• 3 day minimum applies for Easter weekend, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, & Labor Day weekend.

• To reserve your cottage, please call 830-964-3629. Reservations held with a deposit of the first night stay.

• We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover. You can mail a money order if you prefer.
