(Below is simply a listing for those with no common sense) :-)

 

PARKING Park in designated areas only next to cabin, DO NOT park on any part of the right away or road. Please do not park in any other RV Site, tent site or cabin area other than is designated as your site.
PETS NO PETS ALLOWED.
VEHICLES Speed limit is 10 M.P.H.  NO WASHING OF VEHICLES OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWED.
TRASH Place all trash in receptacles or dumpsters located through out the park.  PLEASE DO NOT THROW YOUR (CIGARETTE) BUTTS ON THE GROUND.  Butt containers are provided (please do not take the butt containers).  Additional charges will be incurred for excessive trash left in cabins, RV sites and tent sites, make sure bags in tent areas are tied closed.
HOOK-UPS Full hookups, 50/30 AMP services.  Leaking water will not be tolerated.  UNHOOK HOSE DURING FREEZING WEATHER OR BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE.
CABINS

ALL CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
ADULTS

Person RESERVING OR REGISTERING is responsible for his parties’ conduct and actions.  No firearms or Fireworks.  QUIET HOURS FROM 11 P.M. – 8:00 A.M.  Loud foul language or fighting will not be tolerated.  We are a family-friendly resort.  100-%

CHILDREN Parents or guardians are responsible for children’s activities and damages done by them.
BATH-HOUSE & LAUNDRY There are two bathhouses and one laundry facility available, one bathhouse behind the office and the other with laundry in the RV area.  Facilities open 24 hours.  Please keep these facilities clean.   PLEASE SUPERVISE YOUR CHILDREN IN THE BATHHOUSES. Please let us know if an emergency cleaning is needed.
POOL CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER MUST BE UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION WHILE IN POOL AREA.  Please observe all posted “Pool Rules”.   Diaper-age children must wear swim diapers.  ALL OTHER GUESTS MUST WEAR SWIM WEAR!  No glass containers or cigarettes/smoking allowed inside gated pool area.
MINI-GOLF Fee to play is $2.00 AND ROOM KEY/DRIVERS LICENSE, for registered Riverside Resort guests.  Putters, balls and score cards are located in the Gift Shop.  No Smoking allowed on the course.  Any damages to golf course due to rough play will result in expulsion from the park.  Putters must be returned to the office after your game.  PLEASE DO NOT KEEP THE GOLF BALLS!
VOLLEYBALL Volleyballs are available at the front desk.  A ROOM KEY/DRIVERS LICENSE are required to use them..  Rough play will result in expulsion from the park.  Volleyball must be returned to the office after your game.  The office closes at 9:00 p.m. please return them by that time.  PLEASE DO NOT KEEP THE BALLS!
GROUND CAMPFIRES Ground camp fires are allowed in the tent area in a designated fire ring.  If you have an above ground self contained fire ring you can use them in the tent overflow, RV and cabin area. DO NOT START ANY GROUND FIRES IN THE OVERFLOW TENT AREAS OR RV AND CABIN AREAS.
OFFICE/GIFT SHOP Open 7 days a week, from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and from 9:a.m to 9p.m. Friday and Saturday.  There is a late arrival check in station located on the front porch outside the office. If checking out earlier than 9:00 a.m.; there is a key drop located at the front of office.  DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE ROOM; RETURN IT IN THE KEY DROP TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES.  If checking out of an RV or Tent Camping area, you may use the exit gate in the back of the property; there is no need to notify office of your departure.  
PAYMENT Cash, all Major Credit Cards, NO PERSONAL OR PAYROLL CHECKS ACCEPTED.  Check out time is 11:00 a.m.  Please check with office for a discounted “late check out rate”, subject to availability.
MANAGEMENT/ LIABILITY This property is privately owned and maintained.  Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and make exceptions to any and all policies.  As a guest you agree to read and comply with all policies and procedures received, or posted in the rooms and / or grounds.  Resident(s) – Guest(s) accepts Resort privileges with the understanding the Resident(s) – Guest (s) do(es) hereby release the Resort, its officers and employees of all liability and agrees to indemnify against claims; resulting from loss or damage to property and injury arising out of use of facilities.  Management is not responsible for loss due to fire, accidents, theft or other conditions including acts of nature.  THIS PARK DOES NOT REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING INCLEMENT WEATHER.
